What Color Can Do For Your Country Farm Kitchen

It always amazes me what a little color can do for your kitchen. Be it just one color,  a montage of pastels  or bright bold hues. Along with your collections of bowls, baskets and kitchenware the less colorful items will still fit right in.

Flea markets and thrift stores are your best bet for finding your treasures. Even tag sales can be so much fun. The mark up in a antique store makes the prices higher. But if you find something that you just can't live without, buy it. It may not be there again.
Colorful vintage rolling pins can make a statement as well as you beautiful French red enamelware canister set.

Shabby Chic and Flea Markets

Fleas Markets have always fascinated me. You can find treasures from days gone by to more recent times. One thing I have learned is "if you can afford it now, you should buy it. Because it probably won't be there again."

Walking around flea markets is a wonderful way to pass the day. The amazing things that can peak your interest is infinite.

Everything from vintage dresses.

To quilts, fabric and sewing accessories.

Finding those needful items that you can use for decorating.

The cozy feel of an antique store as you walk through the door. Nostalgic  feelings abound and a peaceful feeling settles in your soul.
